Open Position: Clinical Director
Interconnections Healing Center (IHC) is a thriving social justice oriented mental health group practice in the Greenwood/Phinney neighborhood of Seattle, WA. We strive to provide culturally responsive services to our community, with an emphasis on our QTBIPOC (Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, People of Color) communities. The bulk of our work is focused on providing individual, couples/relationship, and group counseling to adults in the community.
Our group practice is also committed to the supervision, training and/or mentorship of all mental health clinicians, both internally and externally. What makes us unique from many other practices is that we are relational and process-oriented therapists who work from an intersectional and anti-oppression lens and deeply value being in community with each other. Leadership is collaborative and transparent about their decision making. Everyone at IHC demonstrates a high level of respect for and genuine connection with each other; it is a deep value of our center that each staff member feels a sense of belonging and that they are valued as individuals.
