Individual Therapy
We are therapists who are relationally oriented, emotion-focused, strive for transparency and authenticity with our clients, and work from an intersectional feminist, trauma-informed, anti-oppression, and social-justice oriented lens. Part of what this means is that we will always consider your multiple intersecting identities, the many systems within which you live and exist, and your past as well as your present situation when we work with you. We also take a collaborative approach to our work and see the therapeutic relationship as one of the most important factors that can affect change. Of course, we also have different backgrounds both personally and professionally, and have different areas of expertise and training.
