Book Recommendations

Bibliotherapy can be a powerful complement to therapy. There are thousands of books we could post here that could be helpful in exploring and deepening your understanding of yourself and the struggles you face as you engage in therapy. This is a sample of a few, with each representing many more related books, depending on what your unique concerns and curiosities are. Want to learn more about any given topic? Feel free to bring it up with your therapist for more recommendations!
