I am not paneled with any insurance companies except Lyra Health at this time. All other services are private pay.

 

 

Fees

Our fee structure for the various services we provide are listed below:

 

 

Payments

We ask all clients to pay before or at the beginning of each session. Payments can be made via cash, check, credit card or Zelle/QuickPay to: billing@interconnectionshealing.com. Superbills will be provided if necessary.

 

Any client with a balance of more than 3 sessions will be asked to pause therapy unless a payment plan is created with their therapist and payments are consistently made toward their balance. If therapy is paused, there is no guarantee that the spot will be available when clients are ready to resume.

 

 

Credit cards on file will be charged automatically for sessions that are 45 days overdue. If no credit card is on file, the balance will be sent to collections.

*Sliding fees available for first three months when clinicians are starting their own practice.

 

**Phone calls and emails from clients are free for the first 5 minutes and billed at $15 every 5 minutes thereafter.

 

The above table contains our most commonly accessed services. New clients will receive a comprehensive list of services and fees as part of the intake packet, known as our Good Faith Estimate form. You may request our comprehensive list of services and fees at any time.

 

 

Cancellation and Late Policies

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged $150 and will not be reimbursed by insurance. Insurance will only consider covering face-to-face office visits (i.e., phone calls, emails, etc. will not be covered).

In the case of inclement weather, we have a HIPAA compliant Telehealth system to conduct video sessions. Most insurance companies will reimburse in-network providers for Telehealth sessions but there is no guarantee of this and in the case that they do not, our regular fees would apply.

If you are canceling due to COVID-19, you will not be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours. This must be communicated to your clinician.

I am not currently paneled with any health insurance companies. I am paneled with Lyra, a EAP for many companies. A superbill will be provided for clients to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. Out of network reimbursement is not guaranteed for those residing in the United States.
